What is Amtico flooring?
Amtico are a British flooring brand who design and manufacture Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT). Based in Coventry, West Midlands, Amtico have been providing the world with beautiful flooring since the 1960’s.

What is Amtico flooring made of?
Amtico flooring is made using at least 5 layers to provide ultimate ware overtime. Each layer is made up of high-quality material, such as PVC, Vinyl and Resin, that have been compressed under pressure and high temperature to create a floor that is durable and hard-wearing.
How thick is Amtico flooring?
With each range of Amtico flooring there is a different amount of ‘wear layer’. This works to protect your flooring against minor scuffs and scratches whilst improving your floors slip resistance. The minimum wear layer on Amtico Flooring is 0.3mm, but this can go up to 1mm in certain collections.
Is Amtico flooring waterproof?
Amtico flooring provides two kinds of water resistant LVT. The first can be found in the Signature, Form and Spacia collections, and is a water-resistant tile that softens if the floor is underwater for a long time. Amtico Click Smart flooring, however, is a loose-lay tile and requires no glue, making it 100% waterproof.

How do you clean Amtico flooring?
Cleaning Amtico flooring is easy – a simple once over with the broom or a vacuum set to hard floors every day will help get rid of dirt and debris before it gets chance to settle. Every week you should give your floors a mop with Amtico Floorcare Maintainer. This, along with many other Amtico Floorcare products, can be purchased from our Mere Green Amtico One showroom. Types of Amtico flooring
There are six different collections of Amtico flooring, all with unique characteristics:
Amtico Signature
